DIA (Digital Intelligent Assistant) is our "Siri" - DIA (aka Dia) will be inside the phone, orchestrating everything for you. Dia is a personal executive assistant who can help you with web research and manage your calendar, like scheduling new meetings and rescheduling old ones. She can also find nearby places on maps and tell you the weather. Additionally, she can also read and summarise emails as well; the capability to send emails will be added in a few days. The first goal is to see if she's able to save time and hassle for an individual as an executive assistant. You can ask her things like:

• Please summarise the latest emails for me.

• Please check my calendar for today.

• Please send a meeting invite to Anshul at 9 pm today.

We'll be using MCP to add a few more tools for Dia to use in the coming few days, as well as to keep increasing her abilities. Dia is currently in a test deployment for a limited set of audiences, and Google has yet to approve the ingestion of all API data. Once Google approves the same, we will launch this publicly.

In short, Dia is an app/web-based executive assistant that launches before the phone to understand user behavior, get feedback, and build a base of early adopters and believers. Dia has already started solving for communication (email, calendar, etc.), brainstorming, and organizing, while growing into travel and mobility capabilities later.
